IN THE COMMUNITY

DOWL HKM is committed to enhancing the communities in which we live and work. Our employees are active participants in community events and participate in civil and service organizations, contribute to and sponsor community fundraising, support youth programs and professional societies, and promote science and math education.

• Many DOWL HKM employees are officers in local chapters of NSPE, SAME, ASCE, SWE, ITE, ACEC, among others.
• MATHCOUNTS: employees volunteer to tutor students/teams, act as exam proctors, and grade exams.
• E-Week support includes volunteer efforts with universities and student chapters of professional societies.
• DOWL HKM supports community Adopt-a-Road, Trail, and Park programs and annually teams of volunteers participate in spring and fall clean up events.
• The firm supports the United Way, Habitat for Humanity, the American Red Cross, and state and local food banks.
