PROJECT NOTES
DOWL HKM provided civil design of a 120-meter bridge crossing Eagle River on Route Bravo on Fort Richardson. Work included provisions for temporary access across Eagle River during construction and the structural design of the spans and abutments. DOWL HKM also developed a vegetation restoration plan and provided assistance with permitting and environmental issues.
