PROJECT NOTES
DOWL HKM led a multi-disciplined design team to complete this three mile collector and arterial road design project on the east side of Anchorage. Services provided by the DOWL HKM team included public involvement, transportation planning and engineering, and complete environmental documentation and permitting services.
